Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During busy periods or for custom orders, this may extend to 7 business days — we'll keep you informed.

Delivery Within India

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. We ship via trusted courier partners and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. Delivery timelines vary by destination — typically 10–20 business days. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective padding and sturdy outer packaging — because your piece deserves to travel well.
